The Angel Capital Group is a group of private investors that have come together through affiliated networks to serve the common goal of assisting entrepreneurs to fund their businesses in the start-up or growth phases in order to stimulate the local economy and provide above average investment return for its members.

The Angel Capital Group is part of a collaborative partnership with the Inception Micro Angel Funds Family of Funds founded in North Carolina to comply with a standard model of best practices in deal flow, term sheets, and due diligence to provide the foundation for building the first US Capital Highway.  It is through the US Capital Highway that we are able to provide our investors with new options, new opportunities, and new avenues for Angel investing. 

Angel investment is a common second round of financing for high-growth start-ups, and accounts in total for more money invested annually than all venture capital funds combined (US$24 billion vs. $22 billion in the US in 2004, according to the University of New Hampshire's Center for Venture Research). Specifically, we provide early-stage capital in a range not generally served by venture capital funds.
